Shilajit Gold+ Capsules and 6-in-1 Resin: What Makes Them Different?

In short: Gold+ Capsules and Gold+ Resin are different disclosed multi-ingredient food-supplement formulas. Capsules provide a measured two-capsule daily serving. Resin is prepared as directed. Neither format is automatically better for everyone, and they are not intended as combined full daily servings.

How to compare a Shilajit formula

Compare the complete ingredient declaration, labelled serving, format and available evidence. An ingredient count or a fulvic-acid figure alone does not tell you which product is right for you.

“12-in-1” on Gold+ Capsules describes 12 ingredients in total: 11 active ingredients plus the vegan vegetable-cellulose capsule shell. It does not mean that every ingredient is active, that the formula is automatically stronger, or that a person should expect a particular combined effect.

Read the actual ingredients and quantities rather than treating the ingredient count as evidence of a combined benefit. A disclosed blend is not clinical proof of “synergy”.

Gold+ Capsules

The Capsules product description uses “12-in-1” to describe 11 active ingredients plus the vegan vegetable-cellulose capsule shell. The labelled two-capsule daily serving provides 400 mg of Shilajit extract in total. The pack contains 60 capsules, or approximately 30 labelled daily servings.

The disclosed active ingredients are Shilajit extract, Ashwagandha, Curcumin, Kali Musli, Tribulus, Safed Musli, Saffron, Mucuna pruriens, Black Pepper, Zinc and Vitamin B6. Ingredient disclosure is important when considering suitability; it is not a promise of a particular result.

Gold+ Resin

Resin is a separate six-ingredient formula in a 20 g semi-solid jar. The labelled daily serving is a measured 500 mg amount of the complete formula, including 300 mg of Shilajit extract. One jar provides approximately 40 labelled servings.

The disclosed ingredients are Shilajit extract, Tribulus, Ashwagandha, Kali Musli, Curcumin and Saffron. The Resin does not contain Black Pepper, Mucuna pruriens, Zinc or Vitamin B6.

How the formats differ

The Bundle contains both formats for comparing separately. Because both products contain several shared ingredients, it should not be treated as a combined full-serving daily routine.

Laboratory evidence

Eurofins tested the current 5 Rivers Nutrition Gold+ Capsules batch ULSG2508357 and Resin batch ULSG2508011. These are the same batches currently used in products sold by 5 Rivers Nutrition. The Capsules report (AR-258-2025-20051564-01) records 79.22 g/100 g fulvic acid; the Resin report (AR-258-2025-20051565-01) records 76.74 g/100 g. Choosing a format

Choose Capsules if a pre-measured serving suits your routine. Choose Resin if you prefer preparing a serving and the six-ingredient formula.
