About Shilajit & Our Products
What is Shilajit?
Shilajit is a mineral-rich resin from high-altitude Himalayan rocks, used in Ayurvedic medicine for over 3,000 years. Fulvic acid is one measurable component of Shilajit. Its presence or percentage does not by itself establish a particular human health outcome. Learn more →
What is the fulvic acid content of your products?
Our Capsules contain 79.22% fulvic acid (Eurofins report AR-258-2025-20051564-01) and our Resin contains 76.74% fulvic acid (Eurofins report AR-258-2025-20051565-01). Both reports are verifiable at arverificationfoodindia.eurofins.com. View certificates →
Are your products vegan?
Yes. Both capsules and resin are 100% vegan. Our capsules use plant-based vegetable cellulose shells. No animal derivatives, gelatine, or dairy.
Where is your Shilajit sourced?
High-altitude Himalayan rock faces above 3,000m, purified via a traditional water-based process. See manufacturing process →
What ingredients are in the capsules?
Shilajit Gold+ Capsules use a 12-in-1 formula comprising 11 active ingredients plus a vegan vegetable-cellulose capsule shell: Shilajit Extract 400mg (79.22% FA), Ashwagandha Root Extract 120mg (5% withanolides), Curcumin 100mg (95% curcuminoids), Kali Musli 100mg, Tribulus Terrestris 100mg (40% saponins), Safed Musli 40mg, Saffron 40mg, Mucuna Pruriens 40mg (15% L-DOPA), Black Pepper 40mg (95% Piperine), Zinc 20mg (200% NRV), Vitamin B6 10mg (714% NRV), and Vegetable Cellulose Capsule (vegan shell). Sugar Free, Gluten Free. Note: Mucuna Pruriens contains L-DOPA — consult a healthcare professional if taking MAOIs or Parkinson’s medication. Vitamin B6 at 714% NRV — do not exceed the recommended serving.
What ingredients are in the resin?
Shilajit Gold+ Resin contains 6 ingredients per 500mg serving: Shilajit Extract 300mg (76.74% FA), Tribulus Terrestris Extract 60mg, Ashwagandha Extract 50mg, Kali Musli Extract 40mg, Curcumin Extract 25mg, Saffron (Kesar) 25mg. Sugar Free, Gluten Free.
Dosage & Usage
How do I take the capsules?
Take 2 capsules daily with food, preferably in the morning. A 60-capsule bottle provides 30 servings and a 30-day supply. Each serving delivers the full 12-in-1 formula: 11 active ingredients plus a vegan vegetable-cellulose capsule shell. Consistent daily use yields the best results. Full dosage guide →
How do I take the resin?
Dissolve a pea-sized amount (approximately 500mg) in warm — not boiling — water, tea, or milk. Use a wooden or plastic spoon; avoid metal utensils. Full dosage guide →
How long until I see results?
Most users notice improved energy within 2–4 weeks. Deeper benefits typically emerge at 8–12 weeks of consistent daily use (Pandit et al., 2016; Keller et al., 2019). Shilajit is not a stimulant — not feeling an immediate effect does not mean it is not working.
Should I cycle Shilajit?
No established clinical guidance requires cycling. Evidence on long-term use and cycling remains limited, so follow the product label and seek professional guidance if you have questions.
Best Time to Take Shilajit
What is the best time of day to take Shilajit?
Morning (6–10am) is optimal for most people. Taking Shilajit with breakfast or a warm drink supports energy and mental clarity throughout the day. Avoid taking it after 3pm as it may interfere with sleep for some users. Read the full guide →
Can I take Shilajit before bed?
It is generally not recommended. Shilajit supports energy production and may be stimulating for some people. Morning or early afternoon is preferred.
Safety & Suitability
Is Shilajit safe?
Safety evidence for Shilajit preparations is limited and may not apply to every preparation or to Shilajit Gold+. If you take prescription medication or have a medical condition, speak to your GP or pharmacist before use.
Who should not take Shilajit?
Avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, or if you have haemochromatosis, active kidney disease, or gout. Anyone on prescription medication should consult their GP first.
Important: Mucuna Pruriens and Vitamin B6
The capsule formula contains Mucuna Pruriens (15% L-DOPA, 40mg) — a dopamine precursor. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you take MAOIs, antidepressants, or Parkinson’s medication. It also contains Vitamin B6 at 714% NRV (10mg). Do not exceed the recommended serving; long-term intake above 10mg/day may cause peripheral neuropathy. These ingredients are in the capsules only — not in the resin.
Capsules vs Resin
Should I choose shilajit capsules or resin?
Capsules are convenient and easy to dose daily — the 12-in-1 formula includes additional Ayurvedic botanicals and nutrients. Resin is the traditional format — a focused 6-ingredient formula you dissolve in warm water or milk. Bundles offer the best value if you want to try both. Full comparison →
