How we turn raw shilajit into clean, potent resin and capsules
Our manufacturing team in India follows a careful, transparent process that respects tradition and meets modern quality standards. The aim is always the same, protect the natural character of shilajit while delivering a product that is consistent, safe and easy to use.
Step by step
1) Responsible collection
During the warmer season our field teams collect natural shilajit from high altitude rock faces in select Himalayan regions. We take only what nature can spare and keep records for every lot.
2) First clean
The raw material is hand cleaned to remove grit and visible impurities. Only dense tar like material that meets our acceptance checks moves forward.
3) Water purification
The cleaned material is dissolved in purified water. Insoluble matter settles and is removed. This traditional water based step removes non essential debris without harsh solvents.
4) Multi stage filtration
The solution passes through progressively finer filters until clarity and purity targets are met.
5) Gentle concentration
We concentrate the filtered solution with controlled heat kept below eighty degrees Celsius. A lower temperature protects the natural spectrum of minerals and organic compounds while driving off excess water.
6) Finishing to resin
As moisture reduces the concentrate thickens to a smooth resin. Texture and colour are checked against our specification for consistency from batch to batch.
7) Filling and coding
Resin and capsules are filled and sealed in clean rooms, then labelled with batch numbers for full traceability.
8) Independent testing
Every batch is tested for fulvic content and heavy metals by Eurofins Analytical Services India using accredited methods. Certificates are published for our customers.
