Long hours, poor boundaries, caring responsibilities, financial stress and inadequate recovery all affect wellbeing. If this is affecting sleep, mood or daily functioning, seek support from an employer, GP, occupational-health service or another appropriate professional.
Traditional context
Shilajit has a traditional Ayurvedic role within Rasayana practice, associated with vitality over time. That tradition does not demonstrate a treatment effect for burnout, anxiety or work stress.
For a busy routine, a useful first step is to decide what you can sustain: adequate sleep, regular meals, movement and recovery time. The Ayurvedic Rasayana framework likewise places a substance within a wider routine rather than treating it as a shortcut to output. That is traditional context, not proof of a productivity or stress benefit.
